As an Advanced Quality Manager, you will drive the Advanced Quality Culture across the EMEA region, leading quality activities for new product and process launches, and change management. You will be responsible for supporting the development of your direct reports through targeted feedback, coaching, and structured development planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality or Engineering
- Certified Quality Auditor (e.g., ASQ, EOQ, IRCA) - advantageous
- Trained in Quality Management Systems (QMS) standards including: ISO 9001, IATF 16949
- Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP): Proven experience in implementing APQP processes across development and production phases, ensuring alignment with automotive quality standards.
- Automotive Core Tools Proficiency: FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC.
- PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
- Structured Problem-Solving Methodologies: 8D Reports, Ishikawa (Fishbone) Diagrams, 5-Why Analysis
- Quality Management Systems: Hands-on experience in developing, auditing, and improving QMS in automotive environments, Strong understanding of compliance, traceability, and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with design, production, and quality control of low-voltage battery systems, Experience in automotive battery applications and related testing protocols
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Skilled in standard PC applications used for quality documentation and reporting
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams within development and production settings
- Capable of independent project ownership and decision-making
- Strong communication skills for customer-facing roles and internal collaboration
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus for customer and documentation interactions
