Maintenance Intern

As a Maintenance Intern, you will support the development and implementation of a smart cost-management model for maintenance activities, analyzing cost drivers, strengthening maintenance practices, and enabling data-driven control mechanisms to optimize, monitor, and reduce maintenance expenses across fixed assets.

Requirements

• Analyze the current maintenance system and its cost distribution across activities, assets, and resources.
• Identify critical factors driving maintenance costs, including failures, downtime, spare parts, and external labor.
• Design and implement a monitoring and control model that may include dashboards, alerts, and standardized reports.
• Document the full cost-management process and ensure it is functional, traceable, and aligned with maintenance best practices.
• Support maintenance engineers in implementing improvements related to preventive/corrective activities.
• Train maintenance personnel on the correct use of the cost-management model and its tools.
• Contribute to data validation, standardization, and analysis for decision-making.
