Senior Specialist Employee Communications (m/f/d)

At Clarios, we are producing the world’s best batteries, essential for the evolving future of transportation. We are looking for a Senior Specialist Employee Communications (m/f/d) to lead internal communications across our EMEA region.

Requirements

• Build and execute internal communication plans that support business goals, change initiatives, and cultural transformation.
• Ensure clarity and consistency in messaging across all levels of the organization.
• Drive employee engagement through compelling content, campaigns, and feedback mechanisms.
• Lead the communications champions network in EMEA and promote best practice sharing within communication teams (global and cross business unit).
• Support leadership communication, including town halls, video messages, and strategic updates.
• Manage internal channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, townhalls, collaboration platforms) and continuously improve their effectiveness.
• Measure impact through analytics and employee feedback, using insights to refine strategies.
• Champion innovation, including the use of AI tools to automate, personalize, and scale communications.
