You will lead the strategic direction and execution of comprehensive sales enablement programs that empower our global sales teams to succeed. In this role, you’ll oversee the development of critical resources, tools, and training initiatives while managing a team of enablement specialists and managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
- 10+ Years of Relevant Experience, ideally in both Sales Enablement and Sales
- Define and drive the overall sales enablement strategy to support business goals and sales targets
- Ensure adherence to sales compliance and governance
- Lead the ownership and optimization of key sales enablement platforms (e.g., CHASE)
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of new sales enablement technologies and tools
- Ensure that sales enablement tools and resources are optimized and effectively utilized
- Ensure sellers have the right content to support selling and assets to improve their knowledge and skills
- Oversee the creation and deployment of sales training and development programs
- Ensure sales content and sales learning assets and programs are delivered professionally
- Design, develop and ensure implementation of live sales events, including Sales Kick Offs
- Collaborate with senior sales leadership to ensure that enablement programs are aligned with sales strategies and business objectives
- Propose enablement strategies based on data-driven sales performance results and training outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders
- Conduct in-depth analyses of sales performance and enablement program effectiveness, providing strategic insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Provide key insights, progress, and strategic recommendations to leadership, influencing decision-making and aligning enablement efforts with broader business strategies
- Demonstrate clear understanding of market trends and external best practice in sales enablement
- Represent Clarivate at industry events as a subject matter expert
- Manage a team of managers and colleagues
- Lead, direct, and review the teams’ work to achieve operational or functional targets or objectives with measurable contributions towards the achievement of immediate and long-term results for the teams and department
- Establish and communicate team goals that support and advance team and department objectives; establish metrics or other performance measures to track progress
- Understand and explain policies, practices, and procedures within the immediate area of responsibility to stakeholders within and outside of the teams
- Deliver consistent and timely training, guidance, and feedback to encourage and promote colleague success and growth through regular developmental conversations and identification of developmental opportunities
