We are looking for a Belgrade-based Renewal Account Manager to join our global Renewal Sales team, responsible for managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving renewal sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience
• Proficient level of English language
• 5+ years of relevant working experience with a proven track record in managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets
• Proficient level of Excel
• Salesforce working experience (desired)
• Attention to detail
• Previous experience in academic context (desired)
• Previous experience working with different stakeholders (desired)
