Senior Consultant – Customer Engagement Strategy & Execution (Life Sciences & Healthcare)

We are seeking a Senior Consultant – Customer Engagement Strategy & Execution (CESE) to join our growing Life Sciences and Healthcare Consulting team, based in London (hybrid). As a Senior Consultant, you will manage and deliver digital healthcare communication and engagement projects for some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, business, communications, or a related discipline (master’s degree preferred).
• 7 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical, healthcare communications, or life sciences consulting sectors.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and set clear expectations.
• Attention to detail and ability to oversee content accuracy, compliance, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).
• Familiarity with omnichannel customer engagement or digital marketing strategies in life sciences.
• Understanding of approval processes and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience coordinating international project delivery or working with external network partners.
