Requirements

• Experience creating and maintaining Agile-oriented artifacts such as functional/non-functional specifications, system flows, and data models
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple, clear language to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Skilled at mentoring junior team members and fostering knowledge sharing within the team
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of data modeling, system integration, or architecture principles
• Familiarity with visualization tools or data analysis platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Prior exposure to mentoring or leading junior team members
• Experience in the Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Technology domain (depending on your industry)
