In-House Counsel

In-House Counsel will play an integral role in Clark Pacific's legal department and will assist in addressing legal issues and providing legal support for all issues impacting the day-to-day operations of Clark Pacific.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school is required.
• A license to practice law in California is required.
• 1-3 years' experience as an attorney is required.
• Familiarity with construction law and construction functions is preferred.
• Experience working with engineering, procurement, and construction agreements is a plus.
