Job Description
EyeCare Partners is seeking a Medical Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The role involves handling appointments, insurance authorizations, cash management, and ensuring a smooth check-in/out experience. Training will be provided.
Requirements
- Previous medical office experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or equivalent experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Background check required.
- Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.
