Assistant Professor of Chemistry & Biochemistry

Faculty position (Open Rank) in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry starting in August 2026. The position involves teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Biochemistry, Forensic Chemistry, Food Chemistry, and related areas, and conducting a vigorous, externally funded research program.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Materials (or related areas)
• One year teaching in an undergraduate university setting
• Strong commitment to teaching and research excellence
• Ability to contribute to both undergraduate and graduate education
• Research expertise in biochemistry, bioanalytical chemistry, biomaterials, and related areas
