Requirements

• Lead and support the IT team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
• Align IT operations and initiatives with the firm's Corporate IT Strategy and governance framework.
• Set priorities for daily IT operations and projects to ensure timely, effective delivery of services.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Corporate IT policies and best-practice guidelines.
• Provide ongoing guidance and decision support for IT issues, events, and escalations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to respond to Corporate IT inquiries related to client business development and engagements.
• Oversee relationships with external IT vendors and partners to ensure quality, value, and alignment.
• Maintain company hardware, software, and business applications to ensure continuity of operations while driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to data privacy, security, and disaster recovery.
• Implement and sustain strong security measures to protect the firm's technology infrastructure and sensitive information.
