Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Boiler Technician to join our growing team in Hayward, California. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing various boiler systems, ensuring safety and efficient operation across multiple facilities. It requires a strong technical background, troubleshooting skills, and commitment to safety and compliance.
Requirements
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of boiler systems
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure efficient operation
- Troubleshoot and diagnose boiler malfunctions
- Perform preventative maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, calibrating)
- Monitor and control gauges, meters, and instrumentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Adjust controls to optimize boiler performance
- Document maintenance and repair activities accurately
- Provide emergency repair services as needed
- Train junior technicians and support team development
- Assist in energy audits and recommend efficiency improvements
