Personal Banker

The Personal Banker will consistently demonstrate professionalism and genuine courtesy behaviors with every customer interaction, while supporting all areas of the branch and assisting customers in all channels. The role involves resolving customer issues, introducing products and services, and performing bank teller functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Customer Service, Teller, and previous banking experience preferred
• Knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and sound judgment
• Excellent communication skills to include listening, speaking, and writing in all situations
• Ability to discern and effectively manage difficult or emotional customer situations
