Requirements

• 2+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM operations, or marketing technology roles
• Hands-on experience running campaigns in tools like Braze or similar ESPs
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic SQL for campaign building and QA
• Familiarity with marketing metrics and A/B testing
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong problem-solving instincts and ability to work autonomously
• Clear communicator and collaborator
