Job Description
Ophthalmic Patient Representatives are the first point of contact for patients entering the facility, responsible for greeting, checking in, verifying information, handling payments, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork. The role focuses on providing excellent patient service and ensuring smooth facility operations.
