Job Description
Clean Energy Services (CES) is seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Maintenance Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance on solar power plants, promoting a strong safety culture, and collaborating with other CES field technicians to deliver best-in-class service to customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of electrical principles
- Experience using hand tools and performing mechanical troubleshooting or repair
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Comfortable working at locations away from home for extended periods
- 20/40 vision (corrected or uncorrected)
- Ability to work outdoors in hot and cold temperatures
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders to access rooftop equipment
- Ability to distinguish colors
- Ability to lift 50 pounds overhead
- Ability to wear all required PPE
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
