Facility General Manager I

The General Manager of the Wastewater Treatment Facility is a proactive leader responsible for all aspects of facility operations, regulatory compliance, labor management, financial performance, and customer service. This role focuses on safe, efficient, and compliant operation while fostering a culture of safety, development, and excellence. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in wastewater treatment, and a proven ability to drive operational success.

Requirements

• Maintain and manage wastewater facility to meet Clean Compliance standards
• Ensure processing of hazardous and non-hazardous waste is compliant
• Oversee employee scheduling, work hours, overtime, hiring, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions
• Manage labor relations and ensure compliance with worker’s compensation regulations
• Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance, including Part B RCRA permit or equivalent
