Instructional Designer

Clean Harbors Inc., a NYSE-listed company, seeks a Sr. Associate/Process Specialist/Subject Matter Expert, Instructional Designer. This role involves planning, designing, and developing eLearning training content for partners across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico, with a focus on Health and Safety. The position requires collaboration with Subject Matter Experts and Project Managers to ensure effective training and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Understanding of cognitive flow, structure, and sequencing of information
• Experience with Projects / Program Management and Addie Development Lifecycle
• Analyze instructional design project requirements and work with the Project Manager
• Design and develop learning deliverables utilizing basic tools and templates
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and team members to understand course requirements
• Escalate issues affecting timeliness or scope of project
