Licensed Clinical Counselor

At CleanSlate Centers, a national leader in evidence-based outpatient addiction treatment, you'll provide compassionate care to patients struggling with substance use disorders. As a Licensed Clinical Counselor, you'll guide patients through their recovery journey using evidence-based interventions and holistic support.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Addiction Counseling, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Current and unrestricted state licensure to practice independently as a behavioral health professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Experience in substance use disorder treatment preferred
• Proficiency in evidence-based counseling practices and treatment planning
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster trust and rapport
• Familiarity with ethical, regulatory, and confidentiality standards in behavioral health
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a treatment team
