Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience
- 7+ years leading teams and 3+ years managing managers
- Expertise in software development, architecture, and cloud-native system design
- Strong track record of building and guiding multiple teams or organizations delivering complex, distributed systems
- Proven ability to deliver scalable, highly available platforms
- Experience at driving organizational alignment, scaling engineering processes
- Passionate about building teams, nurturing talent
