Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 1+ years managing engineering teams
- Broad experience across software development, architecture, and system design
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Hands-on expertise with modern OOP languages, design patterns, and cloud-native development
- Proven ability to deliver scalable, highly available systems
