Job Description
CLEAR is seeking a GM for their Premium Products suite, focusing on concierge and elevated service offerings. This role requires leading commercial success through go-to-market strategy, pricing, and partnerships, requiring strong leadership, financial acumen, and experience scaling customer-centric products. Success will be measured by revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and partner contributions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in partnerships, business development, and/or member experience roles.
- Proven ability to drive growth of new product lines with full P&L ownership.
- Deep experience in go-to-market strategy, pricing, and commercial partnership development.
- Building and efficiently scaling high-performance hospitality & service standards across large, distributed teams.
- Strategic thinker who also thrives in tactical execution and balancing competing priorities.
