Job Description
CLEAR is seeking a Lead Analytics Engineer to own the presentation and semantic layers of their data stack. This hands-on role involves designing data structures, optimizing pipelines, and mentoring analysts. The ideal candidate will blend data modeling skills with a strong understanding of SQL, BI tools, and dimensional modeling principles to translate complex data into intuitive metrics and models.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in analytics engineering, BI engineering, or data engineering.
- Expert-level SQL skills.
- Deep experience with BI tools including semantic layer design and AI-driven analytics.
- Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and data warehousing.
