Director of Construction & Capital Projects

Clear Investment Group is a boutique real estate investment firm based in Chicago specializing in the rehabilitation and stabilization of distressed multi-family assets. The Director of Construction & Capital Projects will lead and oversee all renovation, redevelopment, and capital improvement initiatives across the growing portfolio of distressed multifamily properties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 12 + years of experience in construction or capital project management
• Proven success managing multiple direct reports
• Strong track record overseeing large-scale multifamily renovation or value-add projects
• Deep understanding of construction methods, project budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to evaluate ROI and manage capital budgets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management and ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
