Leasing Agent

We're seeking a Leasing Agent to join our leasing team and maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction. As a Leasing Agent, you'll be responsible for delivering a high-quality leasing experience and helping prospective residents find their next home.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience
• Previous experience in apartment leasing or residential property management
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• High energy, outgoing personality, and professional appearance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); Yardi experience is a plus
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to work weekends and flexible weekday hours as needed
• Ability to walk the property, show units (including upper floors), and lift up to 25 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in business or real estate is a plus
