Job Description
Lifestyle Apartments is looking for a Leasing Agent to lease units to qualified candidates, with a base salary of $20/hr + $75 commission/lease executed and benefits including health insurance, PTO, and holidays.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in a customer-contact capacity or customer-service role
- Past real estate leasing experience preferred
- High level of energy and a 'people person' who enjoys communicating with prospective residents
- Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedule - specifically weekends and weekdays after 5pm
- Yardi experience is a plus
- Must be able to walk up and down stairs; must be able to walk property for tours
- Occasionally lifting and carrying objects such as packages or office supplies (typically up to 25–50 lbs)
- Performing tasks that may require bending, stooping, or reaching, such as checking under desks or inspecting areas that are difficult to access
