Research Associate I - R&D

Clear Labs is seeking a Research Associate I in the R&D group to support the development of assays, reagents, and automated methods for clinical and food safety platforms. This is a temporary role for 6 months, potentially extended. The role involves routine microbiology and molecular biology experiments, data analysis, and contributing to scientific publications.

Requirements

• Perform routine microbiology/molecular biology experiments independently
• Prepare SOPs and protocols for reagent mixes, kits, assay controls
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and manuscripts
• Read scientific literature
• Maintain and clean laboratory and equipment
• Organize daily work schedule efficiently
