The Sales Operations Analyst is a critical member of ClearDATA’s GTM organization, supporting Sales, Solutions Architecture, Partnerships, Customer Success, and BDR teams with data, insights, and operational rigor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, or related field (SaaS or MSSP preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong understanding of SaaS KPIs, pipeline mechanics, MEDDPICC concepts, and forecasting models.
- Ability to translate complex data into insights and stories that influence executives.
- Advanced experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards (admin-level proficiency preferred).
- Strong proficiency with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design.
