Requirements
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business customer base.
- Educate customers and their trade allies / contractors and raise Energy Efficiency rebate programs awareness and participation
- Develop outreach tactics to identify and engage various commercial customer segments
- Build commercial customer pipeline and see projects through to completion
- Work to serve as a liaison between customers and contractors to enhance program satisfaction
- Integrate program offerings into customer operations to improve customer service and satisfaction
- Identify & schedule event participation, coordination, and presentations of programs
- Identify improvement barriers and critical information to the Senior Market Outreach Manager to ensure continuous improvement of operations
- Utilize a CRM daily
- Prepare monthly activity reports and track progress towards program goals
- In state day travel in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan – 50 – 75%
