Senior Program Manager, Commercial New Construction

CLEAResult is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead the implementation of a Commercial New Construction program in the Pacific Northwest. The role involves leading a team, managing budgets, tracking performance, and ensuring equity and inclusion outcomes. The successful candidate will have 8+ years of project/program management experience, 5+ years of people management experience, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Lead contract and subcontract execution, ensuring compliance and alignment with client and company requirements and expectations
• Ensure accurate and timely budget tracking and reporting, KPI tracking, and accurate 18-month client energy savings forecasts
• Support process and tool improvements to enhance program delivery
• Ensure accurate reporting and data management
• Integrate equity considerations into all program systems and processes
• Lead a supportive and inclusive team culture
• Model inclusive leadership practices and cultivate psychological safety and belonging across the team
• Build capacity among subcontractors
• Work cross functionally with various teams
• Serving as primary liaison with Client for both day-to-day management as well as strategic planning
• Developing strategies to expand participation and realize energy savings across commercial market sectors
• Providing oversight and guidance for market engagement offerings, grants, and training & education series
