Operations Manager (Sales), EWR

CLEAR's mission is to create frictionless experiences where every day has that feeling. As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role on our airport leadership team, driving sales performance and leading a high-performing team of hourly Ambassadors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience in high-volume, customer-facing environments
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals, KPIs, and team performance metrics
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills with a focus on sales accountability and performance management
