Job Description
ClearPath Medical is seeking an Automation Process Engineer to design, build, and optimize automated machines and processes for electro-mechanical medical cable assemblies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience automating precise placement & joining processes (medical, aerospace, or electronics contract manufacturing)
- Proven track record building machines or automation cells, end-to-end mechanical design, fabrication, wiring, and integration
- Experience with vision-guided label application, automated crimping, robotic soldering, and precision epoxy dispensing
- Fluency in SolidWorks/Inventor and experience with machine shop equipment
- Lean toolkit: SMED, line balancing, quick-change fixtures
