Operations Manager

Clearsite Industrial is seeking a hands-on, highly organized Operations Manager to oversee daily dispatch, field operations, and fleet coordination for our vacuum excavation services.

Requirements

• Prior supervisory or dispatch experience in construction, vacuum excavation, underground utility, or fleet management
• Valid CDL (preferred) and working mechanical knowledge of trucks/equipment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting field demands
• Proven track record of safety leadership and team collaboration
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with scheduling and dispatch systems
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, work outdoors in all conditions, and wear PPE
