The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding Clearsite’s presence in the territory through strategic sales initiatives, customer relationship management, and operational coordination. They will identify and pursue high-potential market segments, prepare bids, and ensure timely service delivery. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers in various industries.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant industry (Vacuum Excavation/Hydrovac, Commercial Underground Construction, Sewer/Water Line/Utilities, Equipment Rental, Trucking, or Fleet Services)
- 3+ years of Profit & Loss (P&L) experience
- Strong asset utilization and a profitability mindset
- Experience in a practical or operational role
- Established network within the industry
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated leadership in sales and field operations
- Strong focus on customer service
- Self-motivated, energetic, and entrepreneurial mindset
