SAP Financial Close and Consolidations Director

Clearsulting is seeking a SAP Financial Close and Consolidations Director to lead and manage full-lifecycle SAP Group Reporting implementation projects, oversee teams, and work with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver seamless, integrated solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of SAP consolidation experience including 7 years of Group Reporting, with at least 2-3 full life-cycle implementations of S/4HANA Group Reporting.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance processes.
• Strong consulting skillset, with technical expertise, leadership abilities, and client-facing skills.
• Commercial mindset with experience contributing to sales cycles and/or driving account growth, including identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and partnering with business development teams.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
