As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR programs and outcomes with business goals/objectives, driving initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, employee engagement, workforce productivity, and change management.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience as a Senior Generalist or HRBP
- Experience working with financial services or technology companies and/or R&D organizations
- Ability to engage directly with employees and managers in person
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
