The Associate, Procurement (Wind) role is responsible for supporting the wind turbine procurement team at Clearway Energy Group in facilitating strategic vendor relationships and securing equipment needed to advance Clearway's project pipeline.
Requirements
- Support the procurement team in transactions and internal reporting for owner-furnished wind turbine equipment
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute sourcing solutions for multi-technology projects
- Support competitive RFx bidding and contracting efforts
- Provide document support and input on supply and service agreements with vendors and stakeholders
- Take ownership of and negotiate key exhibits to relevant contracts
- Facilitate the procure-to-pay process for owner-furnished wind turbine equipment
- Maintain records of received turbine and service bids
- Support technology assessments and reviews of existing and upcoming turbine platforms
- Assist internal project and engineering teams with coordinating RFIs to equipment manufacturers
- Assist with the project financing process
- Provide key inputs to cashflow models in support of the organization's liquidity optimization
- Support internal updates and reporting of organizational and procurement progress and status
