Process Manager Operations

The Process Manager will lead and support Shift Managers and their subordinate crews to meet safety, environmental, quality and production goals. The position involves adhering to process standards, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and contributing to process development.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field from an accredited school.
• Three (3) years of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial operations environment.
• Solid computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work self-directed, prioritize work and handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
