Requirements

• High School Diploma OR GED
• Two years of experience in a customer-facing role with in person or phone contact
• OR an Associate’s Degree and one year of experience
• OR a Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Basic PC software application knowledge and ability to use multiple data systems
