The Security Supervisor supervises and coordinates the activities of all on duty Gallery Guards and Night Watch Persons, monitoring protection services and environmental systems, and reporting unsafe conditions.
Requirements
- Supervises Gallery Guards and Night Watch Persons for compliance of work rules, job performance, policies and procedures.
- Assists in the assignment of Guards and assures adequate coverage of personnel within building zones according to coverage requirements.
- Conducts formal and informal investigations of incidents, accidents, thefts and museum employee issues as directed by the Security Management Team.
