Click&Boat is hiring an International Assistant Account Manager to join a dynamic team in Barcelona. The role involves onboarding new partners, providing a high-quality service to partners, and performing various operational tasks. Requirements
- Master both English (bilingual or fluent level) and one (or more) of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, French, Greek, Croatian.
- Have a first experience (internship or student/summer job) in a customer-facing role.
- Be dynamic and at ease on the phone, enjoy advising, and be an ongoing person.
- Be a team player who inspires trust, ready to take initiatives and battle for user satisfaction.
- Be interested in start-up environments, proactive, and ready to share ideas to improve services.
