Job Description
This Executive Assistant role is essential for a busy CEO. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling a high volume of tasks on behalf of the CEO, acting as a liaison and supporting various aspects of his business and personal life. This is a contract position requiring independent thinking and a focus on exceeding expectations.
Requirements
- Hard Qualifications: Minimum of 2-4 years experience supporting a C-level executive or business owner.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Laptop with high speed internet access.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proactive with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
