Client Accelerators is seeking a Junior Creative Strategist to lead creative ideation and performance across their elite portfolio of founder-led clients. The role involves owning the entire creative cycle from concept to launch, managing a team, and driving ROI for top-tier clients. This is a high-performance role focused on strategic, leadership, and execution.
Requirements
- 4+ years in creative strategy, direct response, or performance creative roles
- Proven track record managing creative teams
- Mastery in ideating and launching direct-response video ads
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working with data-driven decision-making and KPIs
- Prior experience in coaching and consulting industries
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative and media buying teams
