Conference Producer (Climate Action)

Climate Action is seeking a passionate Conference Producer to shape a sponsorship-driven portfolio of events focused on delivering environmental and social impact. This role involves content strategy, agenda development, market research, content production, speaker management, and project management. The ideal candidate will have experience in international B2B conferences and a strong understanding of sustainability and climate policy. This is a fully-remote position.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating, managing, and delivering international B2B conferences funded by sponsorship and delegate/membership revenue streams
• Experience in a single market sector, including strong relationships with key industry players
• Experience launching, producing, and delivering events in both live and online formats
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and organised with excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
