Requirements
- Proven experience in conference and exhibition management (including sponsor liaison, event delivery, budget management, registration, customer service, venue/supplier management, health and safety, and risk assessments)
- Passionate about climate change and sustainability
- Skilled in delivering digital events across various platforms
- Strong track record leading operations for conferences and exhibitions of all scales
- Confident negotiator with experience in sourcing and managing suppliers
- Ownership of budgeting, financial planning, and cost containment strategies
- Natural leader with strong multitasking and time management skills
- Highly organised and methodical
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Positive work ethic and proactive mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Desirable: IOSH qualification, International experience
- Desirable: Enthusiasm for sustainability, I-OSH qualification
