Gain comprehensive insights into People & Culture at an internationally operating company, supporting the People & Culture Team with administrative tasks, working in internal Employer Branding, and supporting Recruiting and Talent Development.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in BWL, Business Psychology, or comparable fields
• Enjoy organizational work, are well-structured, and work well in a team
• Have an interest in Recruiting and Talent Development in a dynamic environment
• Communicate openly and confidently and are self-initiated in the implementation of your tasks
• Have good knowledge of MS-Office and are confident in using online tools
• Have good knowledge of German and English
