Job Description
As a Lead EIC Engineer, you will define and maintain technical direction for Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls (EIC) across all Climeworks projects. You will develop and enforce EIC engineering standards and provide technical oversight and approval of EIC design deliverables. You will also lead initiatives to improve reliability and performance of EIC systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role
- Expertise in low and medium voltage electrical systems, industrial instrumentation, and control systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and able to plan and prioritize work for yourself and others
