Job Description
We are seeking a Sourcing & Partnerships Manager to engage with new and existing suppliers, manage deliveries, and support sales in enabling deals with nature-based solutions volumes. The ideal candidate will have experience in deal sourcing, contract negotiation, and a strong understanding of the voluntary carbon market.
Requirements
- Excellent academic record in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of work experience in nature based solutions and a fast-paced, analytical environment
- Deal sourcing experience with an understanding of partnership development, contract negotiation, and voluntary carbon market dynamics
- Strategic and analytical skills
- Problem-solving and adaptability
