Requirements

• Strong hands-on background and estimation in Civil and Landscape Construction
• Experience selling B2B commercial facilities services
• Experience in a Franchise or Multi-Unit Operations model
• Strong relationship-building and communication capabilities
• Capacity to assess site conditions, client needs, and project feasibility
• Ability to ensure favorable terms for both client and company
• Negotiation skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated and self-directing
• Customer services skills to listen to customer concerns and meet their needs
