Systems Administrator

Clinton Health Access Initiative India Private Limited is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage cloud-based systems and local servers in support of global operations. The person in this position will lead efforts in cloud-based file sharing and collaboration services, including SSO integration between Active Directory and cloud-based systems.

Requirements

• Support and maintain Box cloud-based file sharing application
• Provide support to staff on cloud-based file sharing applications
• Provide training and support to staff on the Box application
• Proactively manage staff access and data security and integrity to cloud based file sharing systems
• Integrate a Single Sign-On application with Microsoft Active Directory and cloud-based applications
• Maintain Microsoft Windows 2012 and 2019 servers
• Create and maintain updated documentation for all technical aspects of operations
• Provide tier 2 support to the helpdesk engineers
• Collaborate well in a small team environment
